In recent years, there has been a registered increased occurrence of skin cancer. It can remain dormant for a long time without showing any symptoms. For this reason, prevention of this type of cancer is extremely important, because a developing cancer is relatively easy to detect with a dermoscopic examination, which you may undergo at our clinic. It is non-invasive and completely painless and involves the examination of the moles (naevi) on your skin by a special device that indicates whether each change involves the risk of cancer.
Although acne is associated with coming of age, it is not true. Not only teenagers may be affected by it. It may also occur in adult age. When it does, we may be sure that the reason for it is hard to determine. Therefore, you should not make attempts to fight acne on your own, because it can bring other than the intended result. The treatment should start with identifying the cause and then adjusting the most effective therapy for each case.
Local cryotherapy is done by freezing and defreezing affected places by using a special device. The cycle is repeated several times in one treatment. As a result, the damaged tissue is destroyed. The treatment is used to treat skin lesions, warts, fibromas, seborrheic keratosis, some skin lesions, clavuses, scars – especially fibrotic scars, irregular and vascular lesions – angiomas, dilated capillaries, acne, infectious molluscs, and cancerous changes.
