If I could give 10 stars I would give to Dr Carlos Stankiewicz. I came to the doctor with my 2 years old son. We had a lot of laughs while getting a broken tooth repaired. It’s hard to believe my child was happy to go to the office, considering he used to dislike it and was afraid. Second visit to Medicare Clinic on Oxford Road, and once again a lovely experience from start to finish. My first ultrasound here was about three years ago, and Dr Jacek Raszyński was every bit as good this time.What I value most is being properly informed, and the doctor was excellent on that front. He talked me through the whole examination as it went, explaining what he was looking at, pointing out the measurements and what was showing up on the screen, and answering all my questions clearly. Very calm, very reassuring, never rushed.The clinic itself has a great atmosphere too. The receptionist was genuinely helpful and positive, and that kind of warm place makes all the difference. From the moment I walked into Medicare in Reading, I felt welcomed and well looked after. I arrived a little early for my appointment and was greeted by Monika at reception with a beautiful smile and such a warm, positive energy that the waiting time passed very pleasantly. The atmosphere in the clinic immediately made me feel calm and comfortable.Then I met Dr Osman, and I can honestly say he is the best doctor in the world. I have a very low pain tolerance due to fibromyalgia, so dental visits can be quite stressful for me. However, Dr Osman was incredibly gentle, patient and attentive throughout the whole procedure. He worked with great care and precision, took breaks when needed and constantly checked how I was feeling. His calm approach, kindness and professionalism made me feel completely safe and cared for.A special thank you also goes to Edyta, Dr Osman’s assistant. She is absolutely wonderful – kind, empathetic and very professional. Together they make an amazing team. Both of them took the time to explain many things to me and shared very helpful information about bruxism. You can truly feel that they care deeply about their patients and their wellbeing.This clinic has a fantastic team and an exceptional level of care. I had a very positive experience with this clinic for treatment of recurrent nosebleeds and nasal cauterisation. From start to finish, the care I received was professional, compassionate, and reassuring. Dr Barbara was excellent — calm, thorough, and very clear in her explanations. She carried out the cauterisation with great care, and when I needed a follow-up review, she reassessed everything carefully and ensured I felt fully supported. I would also like to specifically thank Martyna, the clinic manager, who was incredibly understanding and responsive. She took the time to read my concerns properly, reassured me, and arranged a complimentary follow-up appointment, which I truly appreciated. All staff I interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The costs were reasonable for private care — not cheap, but fair given the quality of treatment and service provided. Highly recommend.

We got a same day GP appointment for our baby. Firstly the reception were super friendly, helpful, and they answered the phone immediately - unlike our normal GP practice! The appointment itself was for 40 minutes, and our doctor checked everything, it was a really thorough consultation. She was even able to administer a lateral flow test for 4 different viruses before deciding that as they were all negative that antibiotics were the best remedy, along with some other recommendations and advice delivered verbally and as written notes. This is the extra care and attention you get here vs a 10 minute appointment with the NHS. Thank you so much ❤️

Dr. Osman Mela the best dentist ever! Highly professional and knowledgeable! He really does know what he is doing!! (Not like the nhs dentist I went 2 days before and she told me she didn’t feel comfortable to remove my tooth 😂!)Anyway I went there yesterday, very welcoming and Assistant Marta too, she was very calm and kind! I was a bit nervous at the beginning, now I am not scared of dentist anymore because of Doctor Osman! He removes my wisdom in less than 2 min! No kidding! Didn’t feel anything, it’s been more than 12 hours and I still don’t have pain. It was a very gently extraction!Will come back definitely!

I took my elderly neighbour, who had reached his limit of endurance, here to see the dermatologist. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and the diagnosis and treatment prescribed were excellent. Since then, we've repeatedly requested the report to the GP, so their records are complete, but nothing. Unless you want to repeatedly go back, this isn't a long-term solution.

I have been visiting Medicare a few times now for dental appointments with Dr. Osman Menla. Dr. Osman is highly skilled and at the same time very friendly and he always takes the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. He has carried out dental repairs where I didn't had any hope anymore that the tooth can actually be retained. His work is to a very high standard. I am very happy with the service received and the only regret I have is that I didn't know about Medicare earlier. Highly recommended!

Dr Ewa Wrońska is an amazing dentist who put me at ease immediately and was very attentive and cared about how I felt throughout the entire treatment. She even gave me a small pillow to make sure I was comfortable. She is so gentle and has a soothing voice so much so that I actually enjoyed being there. Privacy notice/Data Protection GDPR to patients

From May 2018, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each patient having an appointment will be asked to consent to processing and storing their data, including the right of the clinic to contact the patient via phone, SMS, e-mail (including sending newsletters) or by post. The patient has a right to object to us using their personal contact details. Please note that this, however, will result in:

• the clinic being unable to contact the patient to change, confirm or cancel appointment
• the doctor being unable to contact the patient to discuss the test results or answer patient’s query
• the clinic being unable to send laboratory test results
• the clinic being unable to send newsletters to inform about our new services or exclusive offers
• the clinic being unable to send invoices for service received at the clinic
• the clinic being unable to send medical reports, medical documentation, treatment plans
• the patient being unable to use our credit facilities
• the patient being unable to book an appointment via our website

Confidentiality

All information given will be kept confidential. No personal details will be passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company other than our subcontractors doctors working on a self-employment basis.

Clients/patients have the right to be forgotten. If an individual makes a written request to be forgotten, we must remove all data from our databases, which processes are handled by our manager.

Please note that we will be unable to erase client medical records, which are required as evidence of our clinical practice.

We will however, be able to delete individuals personal data from any email correspondence, booking and contact form data such as name, email, phone, DOB, contact message.

Calls may be monitored and recorded for record-keeping, training and quality-assurance purposes. You may, however, object to your conversation being recorded by informing our receptionist at the beginning of the conversation.
